The number of people expected at each function helps determines which venue will be appropriate. As does proximity to accommodation or the ceremony location. Other factors include venue ambience, outlook (water views) and noise restrictions that determines when the music must finish.
Most of the large hotels will hire their upstairs areas for crowds over 50. Resorts will generally have function rooms, some of the local clubs are available, as are exclusive beachfront villas.
